But, it all starts with motivation and desire.
If you simply cannot drag yourself off the sofa or stop binge-watching Netflix shows (for the record, I watch Netflix but also make sure I take time out to do some practical stuff too) then it is not going to matter even if someone holds you by the hand and shows you exactly how to do something, you probably won’t do it anyway.
Everything needs commitment and remember the old saying “If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right” – this is so true.
